East Suffolk Line Walks

Roger Wolfe, free

There are walks aplenty between Ipswich and Lowestoft on the delightful East Suffolk Line. They range from short strolls of just a mile or so (such as the Tide Mill Walk between Woodbridge and Melton) to a walk of over ten miles linking Wickham Market Station and Saxmundham. The routes are waymarked and all 11 can be strung together to form a long distance trail of over 70 miles. Roger Wolfe’s free guide is published by East Suffolk Community Rail Partnership and can be downloaded from the website below or ordered (free of charge) from ESLCRP, 12 Kemp’s Lane, Beccles, Suffolk NR34 9XA.
