		<description>I agree with Dave Robinson (4.6.09).   Why should we be advised to walk around a field egde when a farmer has blocked the officlal  &quot;Right of Way&quot; path with a crop.  He is the one that is responsible, to re-instate the path - within a given period, I believe a matter of weeks for the general public to use.</description>
