The New Zealand brand’s Oasis Crew (£50) base layer is silky soft, highly breathable and odour-free, and does a superb job of keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer. There’s no nasty static cling and the flat-lock seams don’t rub; it’s also natural, renewable and biodegradable.
